Job Description:
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts in France. This role requires a deep understanding of the French creator and influencer landscape, consumer behaviours, and cultural trends. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of launching innovative influencer campaigns that resonate with local audiences and drive brand advocacy for their product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a locally relevant influencer strategy aligned with EMEA marketing goals, leveraging audience insights.
- Enhance our influencer presence by managing agency relationships to create top-tier local campaigns.
- Seamlessly integrate their product into French culture by exploring new platforms and tactics to reach our target audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop insightful briefs, ensuring influencer campaigns complement paid media activities and drive key sentiment metrics.
- Partner with the Media team to optimise the blend of paid, earned, and owned media to achieve brand sentiment goals.
- Establish measurement frameworks with analytics teams to assess the impact of influencer marketing activities.
- Work with Integrated Marketing, Insights, Decision Science, and Communications teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven and community-focused.
- Analyse cultural, community, media, and market trends to inform strategic and creative content development.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in social and influencer marketing, preferably within creative or content agencies.
- Fluent in French, with a deep understanding of French culture and the influencer landscape.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven ability to develop impactful social and influencer marketing strategies for well-established brands.
- Strong strategic thinking, with experience in designing and delivering social/influencer marketing solutions that resonate culturally.
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing innovative, integrated social/influencer campaigns.
- Experience in crafting business cases, influencing senior leaders, and demonstrating the business impact of marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A passion for culture, social trends, and the mission of their product.
