The Role:
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be the essential link between our marketing and sales teams. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will collaborate across departments to create campaigns that boost demand and optimise the sales funnel, contributing to our ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, content marketing, SEO, webinars, etc.) to attract and convert leads.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead qualification and a seamless customer journey.
- Use marketing automation tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyse data to identify areas for optimisation and scale successful initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to create engaging assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Support the Chief Commercial Officer in executing go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
- Lead nurturing: develop strategies to ensure prospects are continuously engaged throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine demand generation efforts.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
- Proven ability to drive qualified leads and support revenue growth.
