• Must have extensive experience leading low-value, high-volume global accounts • Use data to optimize customer segmentation and journeys for better engagement and retention. • Accurately forecast sales performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and revenue operations. • Inspire and manage a high-performing team, setting objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: • Proven experience managing and scaling large, transactional business units. • Strong skills in data analysis, customer segmentation, and automation implementation. • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a history of driving sales growth. • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
