Your Opportunity
We are looking for a fun, outgoing and high energy team person to own our RICHMOND club!
You will run everything from sales to operations, member experience through to team management.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to embark on an exciting journey with a startup that has big visions. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction that the company goes.
We are looking for a proven people-person, who is naturally sales focused and target driven. Someone who can take account of everything member related from sales to onboarding, and who takes pride in giving amazing hospitality experiences. We will teach you a lot and there is huge room to grow.
Responsibilities
General
- Owning every aspect of the building including sales, hospitality and operations
- Primary objective is to drive both unit revenue and sales performance, supporting the club’s positive net member movement requirement
- Providing a five star member experience from opening to close
- Responsible for safety, standards and service throughout the club
- Lead the Club team to ensure they are well trained, confident and engaged
Sales and Marketing
- Being accountable for all sales for your club, ensuring all sales budgets are achieved, including volume, revenue and sales mix.
- Monitor and track all membership results and activity levels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by using the systems and tools provided
- Manage everything from tours, to no-shows and non-joiners through to inbound leads, sales strategy and performance trends
Member Experience
- Become the face of Drop-in both with members and the local community away from the club
- Managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning, keeping contracts keenly priced and within budget. You’ll oversee health and safety and compliance, ensuring all is in order
- Creating effective marketing activities e.g. via CRM, promotions, social content and local activities
- Supporting the DROP-IN team e.g. by training new joiners and supporting new Club openings
Experience Required
- You have significant operational experience within a customer facing environment, are confident with sales and engaging with customers on a daily basis, and thrive when completing duty management shifts
- You will have a proven track record in working within a high quality sales environment, with experience in regular Sales/KPI
- Proven track record of surpassing financial targets, driving success and growth
- Like challenges, and embraces change in a fast-paced environment
- Track record in hospitality with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
- Evidence of having grown their experience and skills, taking on new learning opportunities

Benefits
- £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission + Bonus
- 33 days of annual leave per year incl 8 BHs, plus your birthday
