As a Social Media Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media channels to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support our overall branding strategy. You will work closely with PR team to implement social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and ensure a consistent and effective brand voice across all platforms.
Qualifications
:•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, with at least 3-4 years' working experience
•Proven experience in social media management and content creation, including familiarity with major platforms and tools
•Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
•Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content creation and campaign execution

Key Responsibilitie
s:1.Media Monitoring and Social Media Management: Monitoring media coverage of specific topics or industries across various channels;Oversee daily operations of social media accounts including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and others as needed
2.Content Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company’s branding goals.
3.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
4.Engagement & Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster positive relationships.
5.Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies current and effective.
6.Collaboration: Work with the PR and ESG team to ensure social media efforts align with overall strategies and objectives.
