Key Responsibilities:
Weekly, monthly & annual stock management for both websites and Amazon channel:
- Unit sales + trend(s) report
- Sell-through per SKU and category
- Forecast weekly + monthly stock cover for each channel
- Working with team to ensure timely delivery and effective management of process
- Work with team to optimise stock on website - highlighting best sellers, optimising slow selling categories and any back in stock activations
Sales + promotion planning:
- Support Head of eCom with managing sale targets
- Forecast daily traffic and sales plans targets based on monthly budgets
- Planning and managing monthly promotion/ sale / GWP's inline with above
- Work with creative and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns (briefing emails / ads / web content)
- Ensuring the websites & channels are kept up-to-date with; correct offers, correct gift offers, updated banners, new in products/brands, regularly updated category page
Trade & reporting:
- Daily sales and traffic report sent to team
- Weekly Ecom trade report and deck
- Continuous review and management of onsite conversion tactics, any discounting, bundles, samples, discovery programme / sale/ promotion/ discount anaylsis
- Providing report and analysis of how to improve/ grow
Deliver best in class customer experience:
- Ownership of all customer service channels
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Creating processes to optimize workload and customer experience as efficiently as possible
- Partner closely with brand and customer service teams to brief and build engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity
Amazon Channel Management - support our Amazon agency with:
- Listing new products on Amazon, ensuring stock arrives in time and all content is accurate and optimised.
- Monitor and update product listings to improve rankings, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Track and analse sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Increase customer reviews (though Amazon’s internal programme)
- Manage marketing and inventory to ensure product availability and promotional activities are aligned with .COM.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities.
