Our client is a tech scale-up who have built a SaaS-based CX tool offering large brands globally a voice of the customer analysis platform utilising LLM’s, AI and comparative analysis to achieve this. They’re multi-award winning, and uniquely placed to capitalise on a nascent space with huge and fast potential for growth. This BDR hire will report directly to their CRO, you will be trained from scratch using the MEDDICC and Spin sales methodologies, and work across the team of Senior AE’s currently. This is such a unique chance for someone who may not come from software to come in and learn how to sell to large Enterprise size companies straight away.
What You’ll Get
As an BDR you will receive a basic salary of £35- 45k with £5 - 10k uncapped OTE in your first year plus some fantastic benefits. The environment is fun, friendly, dynamic, and challenging. What You’ll Do
As an BDR you will target recognisable brands across multiple sectors but our client has had huge success across the following sectors; Sports Team, Restaurant groups, Hotel Chains, Casino Chains, Global Insurance companies to name a few. You will spend 80% of your time targeting US brands, with the remainder of your time working across a European territory. It’s worth noting you will work largely UK office hours in this role.
What You’ll Need
Our client is looking for someone who wants to move into SaaS, and has spent a minimum of 2 years in a new business focused B2B sales or recruitment role. The phone and speaking directly to customers is our clients primary approach to new business, so you must have strong phone sales experience alongside this. The key thing for our client is that you’ve achieved something whether that be academic, personal or work related, and that you have a genuine interest in new tech and innovation!
