Senior Recruiter - Contract markets - Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology brands at X4
X4 is a specialist STEM recruiter based our of central London, that is looking to expand across all brands to become one of the leading providers of contract expertise both in the UK and internationally across the US and EU.
We already have 250+ contract runners and have a number of opportunities for Senior, Lead, Principal level contract recruiters to come in and have ownership on contract growth for specific areas of our core brands.
We promote a high performance and collaborative environment, based at Victoria Embankment which is close to Blackfriars, Temple, Covent Garden, Waterloo and the City.

- If you have experience, you will enjoy new client development, can demonstrate track record of winning new business
- Can manage own time effectively
- Can manage multiple systems, CRMs effectively, including hotlist development, client and candidate management, have structure to how you work
- Strong on LinkedIn (in terms of outreach / personal brand)
- Understands the importance of phone calls / video meets
- Ambitious, motivated inside and outside of work
- Collaborative, team-player
