Morpheus Talent Solutions was founded in 2020 with the vision of becoming the go to talent partner for VC backed, PE owned and Global Corporates undergoing significant Technology, Digital or Business Transformation. From smart new offices in St Paul's, London, our leadership team services an exciting client portfolio across the US, Netherlands, Germany and Nordics, with projects delivered using an expert International Delivery team.

We have built strong foundations, a loyal and growing client base and a talented team, who are delivering exceptional results for our customers. We’re now ready to build on this platform, by strengthening our leadership team to further expand our client base, service offerings, brand presence and revenues. By the end of 2025 our mission is to double our headcount and revenues, whilst further improving margins.

As a business that’s scaling, we need to innovate and drive efficiencies, and improve the service our clients and candidates receive, whilst ensuring we strengthen and develop our team at all levels, so that they can continue to build relationships, win new logos, grow revenues and scale.
Our new OPERATIONS LEADER will take ownership and accountability for all operational & technology aspects of our business to enable growth, optimise costs, drive operational excellence and our candidate, client and employee experience. You will be a key influencer working with and supporting our leadership team on operational strategy, efficiency and delivering on our forward growth strategy.

This role will be incredibly varied and will suit a leader who is able to balance the delivery of a growing and ever changing project portfolio with helping us run the business day to day, driving incremental improvements.
Role responsibilities:
Improve the business
- Analyse and present back recommendations re how processes and the client/ candidate and employee ‘experience’ can be improved, leveraging technology and industry best practice
- Contribute to our strategic direction (you will have a ‘voice’ at the top table) and then drive and 'own' the implementation of our strategy
- Be a visible and proactive leader in the business, supporting, challenging and holding people to account across the business at all levels
- As a key business partner, support leadership where appropriate at client meetings, and when onboarding new clients and deals
Operations
- Review and design key business reports, to highlight growth, risks and opportunities
- Excellent knowledge of reporting measures and KPI’s including management information
- Lead the selection and evaluation of suppliers, and take the lead on implementing new capabilities (CRM enhancements, automation, onboarding & rolling out new software etc)
- Support with, and lead critical new projects like new market entry (compliance, project planning, new country set up etc)
- Ensure our website is fit for purpose and continues to receive the investment and support it requires
- Manage our relationships with key partners to ensure high quality deliverables and value for money
- Support and enable the growth of our contract book, operationally

- Project management - proven track record in delivering projects on time/ budget whilst effectively balancing priorities

- Prior RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY knowledge/ background is ESSENTIAL

- Meeting budgets, cost savings and improving EBITDA
- Helping Morpheus successfully execute on our strategy, entering new markets and achieving our target 2025 and beyond headcount and financial targets
