Overview
As a result of continued expansion and a growth in brand awareness, Neos Global Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding business to bring in a high-calibre Sales Manager with national remit who will sit on the senior leadership team.
Reporting into the Managing Director, the successful individual will oversee the creation and execution of a growth roadmap and input into overall business strategy, in-line with the company’s ambitious targets. Incorporating sales, training, website and CRM creation, account management and strategy - this really is a unique, all-encompassing role.
With a broad mix of building on excellent industry relations and cultivating a new client base, the successful individual will have a demonstrable track record of delivering new client wins, framework and tender success, as well as outstanding relationship building skills.
The successful individual will lead and develop a sales support team to raise the bar across the entire operational side of the business.

Key deliverables:
- Managing a team, including setting targets, reviews, training, coaching and mentoring to improve contribution to the business
- Creating a sales & marketing strategy, roadmap for further growth and strategy implementation
- Demonstrable track record of communicating efficiently across all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, etc
- Present innovative ideas and business plans to senior management and present regular reviews of team performance and action plans
- Public sector procurement/ tender process would be highly desirable
The successful individual will have the following background and experience:
- Demonstrable experience with the sale of a physical, customisable product
- Ambitious, driven and aligned with the company’s growth ambitions
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- The ability to create unique customer identification and management strategies
- Agile, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
