Who we are looking for?
The Business Analyst will work within the growing Project Management Office and will aid the growing requirements of Raymond James’ users and business applications in the delivery of new systems and functionality, particularly focused on the integration works following the acquisition of Charles Stanley.

Responsibilities
Principle Duties:
- Liaising extensively with Business Units and Users to translate user/client requirements into highly specified project briefs
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
- Compile regular update reports for key stakeholders
- Work Package Planning including Change Management documentation
- Task management including the recording and updating of tickets/tasks
- Liaising with customers and external vendors
- Complete project evaluations and assessment of results
- Planning and flexibly working to a deadline
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge:
- Significant experience in financial services
- Technical or university degree in one or more technology disciplines
- Proven experience working within a project team
- Ability to plan and prioritise according to needs
- PRINCE2 trained or equivalent
