Budget management
- developing, managing, and tracking the business development budget
- ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of resources for business development activities
Communication facilitation
- acting as a conduit between the fee-earning teams and the marketing specialisms team
- working with cross-firm teams to identify opportunities in key sectors and markets
CRM management
- championing the CRM and acting as a super-user and encourage/support fee earner use of CRM.
What you will need:
- a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within law firm; experience in a professional services firm is essential
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with colleagues, stakeholders and third parties
- an ability to influence others at different levels
- strong organisational and project management skills
- experience in the use of Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent CRM is desirable
