The Role
To help you thrive, the company offers a structured six-month graduate training program designed to develop the skills you need to become a high-earning recruiter. Training is tailored to suit your learning style, and you’ll be recruiting in the same markets as more experienced team members. You'll learn through observation, shadowing, and direct experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary between £26,000 and £28,000
- 40% commission for 360 consultants and £500 per deal for resources, starting from day one
