Operations / Office Manager
Location: London – 3 Days a Week in Old Street, 2 from Home
Travel: Fortnightly to Bishops Stortford and occasionally to Switzerland and Ireland

As a dynamic Operations / Office Manager you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring efficiency and a positive work environment. You’ll play a key role in managing our office sites, systems, travel and accommodation bookings as well as our HR admin duties. We’re seeking a proactive individual with strong stakeholder skills, who thrives working to deadlines and managing multiple projects and priorities.
To be successful at this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Proven work experience as an Operations / Office Manager or in a similar role within Recruitment or a service-based industry
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage projects
- Knowledge of office and supplier management
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile

Duties
Office & System Management
- Be the go-to person for our offices in London, Switzerland and Dublin, greeting guests and physically creating a high-performance sales environment
- Liaise with the SLT over office management, general building matters, queries & support
- Supplier management e.g. monitoring / auditing suppliers and ordering office supplies in line with our budget
- System admin & support
- Systems IT, Cloud Call, Bullhorn, Analytics, SourceBreaker, Broadbean, Job Boards, Microsoft (with support from SystemsIT)
- Troubleshooting with staff
- Raising support tickets where needed and supporting consultant queries
- Tech & systems onboarding / offboarding
Sales Enablement
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly
- Sales enablement reporting for all 3 brands

- Assisting line managers to understand and implement policies
- Ensuring employment law policies are up to date/ in place
Travel, Communities / Events, Incentives & Socials
- Responsible for all company incentives e.g. booking accommodation, activities, restaurants
- Responsible for all company socials e.g. Culture Club
- Support the SLT with the above in their individual business units
- Booking oversees travel and accommodation for the SLT
- Community event planning support (ordering food, drinks, merch etc, booking travel).
