A growing consultancy is looking to expand their team in London. Our client is currently looking for a HRIS Manager ideally with experience in advanced compensation to take initiative for a 12 month maternity cover.
The successful applicant will lead the HRIS Capability within a global organization. You will manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs. You will also use appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan up to date.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a HRIS Manager
· Workday experience
· Experience in advanced compensation is a must
· Experience within global organizations and complex environments
· Must have right to work in the UK
Salary & Package: up to £95,000 per year + 10% completion bonus
Location: London 3 days in the office
Role: Fixed Term contract
