Part-time Marketing Executive, £35K - £40K FTE
18 months’ contract | Home-based or hybrid | 22.5 hours per week
We are recruiting a part-time Marketing Executive for a small, specialist membership organisation based in central London. Our client aims to advance knowledge and disseminate information about healthcare-associated fields.
This exciting role is a great opportunity to join an enthusiastic, committed and engaged team of staff, committees and their 2,500 members who are experts in their relative profession.
The post holder will be an experienced communications and marketing professional with excellent skills in managing social media and other communications channels. You will work closely with all members of the Society, staff team and volunteers to deliver marketing and communications plans for a range of Society activities.
Some responsibilities include:
- Implementing marketing and communications plans to support the promotion of society activities such as grants, awards, podcasts, webinars etc.
- Carrying out regular website audits and using the website content management system to make changes to the content and imagery of the website
- Developing a social media strategy and managing the social media channels
- Monitoring and reporting on social media and website statistics
- Collating content, designing, and sending out members’ news emails
We are looking for:
- An experienced Marketing/Comms professional ideally from a healthcare related membership organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of managing social media and digital communication channels
- Experience of managing email packages such as Mailchimp
