Position Description
Reporting to the eCommerce & Trading Lead, the Ecommerce Coordinator will be the champion behind the day to day running of the Grownalchemist.com websites globally. In a small and dynamic team there will be 3 main areas of focus for this role and a lot of scope to make a big impact in one of our fastest growing channels.
Trade & Operational –
Day to day management of our Mobile and Desktop Shopify Site including:
Building, Testing and Monitoring Promotions
On-site Product/ Brand Campaign content building across HP, PLP, PDP
Stock Management for our DTC channel
Front End Search & Merch configurations; Navigation Updates, Bundles, Search Redirects, PDP Updates)
Support SEO efforts in conjunction with Performance Marketing team; UploadingContent Containers, checking broken back links and supporting with Blog build)
Briefing and build our CRM programs across Email and SMS
Meticulously manage our trading calendar updating and flagging any risks or opportunity to timing and forecast.
Be the Customer Service contact for DTC supporting on specific follow ups from customer feedback.
Analytical –
Reporting of trade, promotions and product performance and providing suggestions for optimisation of upcoming plans off the back of this.
Managing promotional and email forecasts and actions where campaigns fall short of expectations, consistently optimising performance.
Sharing Email and PowerPoint Updates of key promotions or seasonal campaigns.
Running ad-hoc analysis on promotional effectiveness, market nuances and marketing channels.
Championing and collecting monthly competitor analysis executions across experience, promotional mechanics and story telling within all digital touch points.
Cross Functional Support & Projects –
Stock flow with the warehouse team and bugs tech issues with internal and external support.
Maintaining the calendar for promotions and campaigns is updated correctly and communicated pro-actively with partnering teams in other channels (eg. Amazon).
Support on projects such as Peak Planning, website migration support and/or on-site enhancement improvements.
Owning some medium projects such as DTC packaging refresh liaising with Brand Marketing, Operations and Tech.
Supporting with Ad Hoc request related to Store Openings.
