We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Digital Team. The Social Media Manager will support the development and delivery of Brandnation’s social media strategy and that of our clients. You must be an exceptional collaborator, content creator and platform manager who can deliver authentic social media outputs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Report into the head of digital
- Execute a best-in-class, fully integrated, organic social and content strategy for our client brands across all key social channels
- Creative ideation for key campaigns
- Copywriting for clients
- Creating social media strategy in line with marketing calendar and current trends
- Continually improving followers, engagement and reach across all platforms – including
\tcommunity management
- Voicing areas of improvement, and how as a team we implement this
- Continually researching new and innovative ways to do content, and implementing these
- Development of competitions, promotions and partnerships to drive engagement and new customer acquisition
- Working closely with digital marketing to establish a best-in-class paid media strategy and style
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends across all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.,) and apply where relevant to client accounts
- Ideally to be able to video and photograph content where needed, or brief outsourced creatives
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in social media management and strategy
- Proficient in all social media platforms e.g TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook
- Have used creative tools such as Canva and video editing tools
- Proficiency in content scheduling tools (previous experience using Loomly is desired)
- High attention to detail
- Established writing style
- Creative and strategic flair
- Forward thinking and self-starter
- Be reactive to ever-changing start-up environment
