Senior Consultant – Quant Trading/Research
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Up to 50% commission (20,000 AED per month - Dubai)
- Location: London or Dubai

Our client, a leading recruitment agency specialising in the Investment space, is actively expanding its Quant team globally. With a strong presence in Dubai since 2019 and in London since 2021, the client is well-positioned for continued growth, including plans to enter the US market soon. This expansion has created an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant – Quant Trading/Research to join a pioneering and dynamic team.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing existing client accounts, delivering on current recruitment mandates, and driving business development. You will engage in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and networking within the quant space, ensuring that client and candidate experiences are handled with the utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the Quant Trading and Research sectors.
- Source and assess top-tier candidates, matching them with client requirements.
- Expand your network within the quant field, leveraging your industry knowledge.
- Lead the candidate process from initial contact through to successful placement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience in Quant Trading, Quant Research or Commodities.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and build strong professional relationships.
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
