Business Development Executive
Salary: £23,500 OTE £35,000
Location: Altrincham
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our services. This position is responsible for generating new leads within existing accounts, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and able to communicate the value of our services effectively. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to business development and strong collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
Role Purpose:
- Generate leads within existing accounts to expand portfolio
- Effectively call clients to drive interest in other services
- Follow up on leads generated by the CRM system
Main Areas of Responsibility
Business Expansion and Growth:
- Develop and execute a strategy for new business development in collaboration with the Business Development Manager
- Deliver compelling sales messages to prospective clients
- Identify specific vertical markets that could benefit from the services
- Participate in additional projects and opportunities as directed by the Business Development Manager and Head of Sales
Communication:
- Provide verbal and written communication about our products and services
- Utilize social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, where appropriate
- Handle incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective clients
Reporting:
- Maintain records of all conversations to ensure effective follow-up and qualification of appropriate clients
- Ensure attention to detail in all reporting
- Monitor and record each conversation, providing management information both internally and externally
