PURPOSE OF JOB:
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Leader to join our marketing team and lead the design and delivery of training programs for our sales force. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales teams have the skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively sell our solutions and services to our customers and prospects. You will work closely with the head of marketing, the sales managers, and the vendor account managers to align the training strategy with the business objectives and the vendor go to market plans. You will also monitor and measure the impact of the training on the sales performance and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy that supports the growth and retention of our customer base and the achievement of our revenue targets.
- Create and deliver engaging and relevant training programs for our sales teams, covering topics such as product knowledge, sales skills, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and value proposition.
- Focus on delivering training for all vendor go to market, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft, our strategic partner and the leader in cloud computing.
- Collaborate with the sales managers and the vendor account managers to identify the training needs and gaps of the sales teams and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Manage the sales enablement budget and resources, including the selection and evaluation of external training providers and platforms.
- Establish and track key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the sales enablement initiatives on the sales results and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and coaching to the sales teams and the sales managers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in sales enablement and the IT industry.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing , or related field - Desirable
- GCSE Level A-C in English & Mathematic - Essential
- At least 5 years of experience in sables enablement, sales training , or sales management, preferably in the IT Industry. - Essential

- Strong knowledge of the IT solutions and services market, especially Microsoft products and offerings.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to measure and report on the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and e-learning platforms.
