MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading Consumer brand to find a Digital Analytics Manager. This permanent position is based in London.
As the Manager of Digital Analytics, you will be at the forefront of the digital transformation journey, leading a team of skilled analysts to uncover insights that drive the business forward.
You will manage a team of 6 direct reports and your role will be critical in shaping the digital strategy harnessing the full potential of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Utilize Google Analytics (or similar) to track and analyse user behaviour, optimizing the digital experience.
- Operate within an Agile framework, managing workflows in 2-week sprints to deliver timely insights.
- Collaborate across global and local teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making aligns with broader business goals.
- Drive testing and CRO initiatives to improve our digital performance continuously.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly and compellingly to stakeholders at all levels.
What we’re looking for?
- 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics.
- Proven experience in an Agile work environment.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Experience working within a matrix organization and across different functions.
- A track record of driving testing and CRO initiatives that deliver measurable results.
