CRM Exectutive - Motoring
Hybrid, 3 Days a week on-site (Monday-Wednesday)

The Company:
Working for the UK's largest retailer of motoring and cycling products and services. This role sits within the HMC team alongside 2 other teams. You will report into the CRM Manager.
The Role:
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Looking at the companies Loyalty experience and knowledge on the promotions
- Working closely with internal teams such as Trading
- Focusing on customer communication through multiple channels
- Trying to engage new customers and analyse existing customers
- The main focus is the membership communications, keeping customers updated with the latest promotions and offers
- Communicating with stakeholders
- A/B testing experience
Skills/Requirements:
- Strong communication
- Retail background is desired
- Customer analytics experience
- A/B testing is desired
