Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for project management and executive support? Our client, a rapidly growing professional services organisation, seeks a skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO at their London office. This role goes beyond traditional EA duties, offering the chance to manage key projects and make a tangible impact as the organisation transitions and grows.
The Executive Assistant will manage and carry out administrative tasks, scheduling and task management, including some project management to support the organisational changes associated with growth.
The EA will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders wishing to liaise with the CEO (and CFO) and will handle multiple complex matters on their behalf.
Responsibilities will include:
- Project management and involvement in duties/activities outside core EA responsibilities
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Screening phone calls and emails
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing expense reports for executives
- Inbox management
- Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Internal communication management
- Preparing agenda, manage attendees and record minutes of senior management meetings
- Arranging limited senior management events
- Acting as a gatekeeper for CEO
- Conduct research to contribute to reports, business plans and presentations
- Assistance in prioritisation of CEO tasks and projects
- Implementing and maintaining governance and controls where appropriate
- Making travel arrangements for national and international travel, hotels and transfers
