Office Manager – Perm – Retail/£50k
I’ve exclusively partnered with a global footwear brand, who are going through a huge period of growth globally, with their search for a permanent Office Manager. Working 5 days in their central London office, I’m looking for a candidate who is extremely well-organised, assertive, and willing to tackle a variety of tasks.
The ideal candidate will have been an Office Manager/Reception Manager previously, coupled with strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Daily responsibilities:
- Management of office facilities including liaising with landlord.
- Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.
- Supporting with the onboarding of new hires.
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies and general upkeep of office, kitchen and meeting rooms.
- Keeping records of office expenditure and managing all ordering.
- Data responsibilities, including GDPR.
- Being able to muck in with whatever is needed to keep the office running smoothly.
- Producing some internal communication where necessary.
- Supporting with office parties/events/birthdays etc.
You, ideally, will have strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
