The role:
The remit of the Partnerships Executive is to:
Own and develop the existing strategic partnerships within the Business Innovations team
Identify new strategic distribution partners that align with the company’s strategic objectives
Coordinate the onboarding and launch of new partners and manage through any partner propositional changes
To be the key point of contact, internally & externally for partners that are assigned to this role
To deliver the requirements of your role in line with the company’s culture and values
The candidate:
Essential:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- High degree of initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Works independently to resolve technical queries
- Calm and highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and effectively manage priorities
- Confident presenter who can tailor their communication style and explain technical information clearly
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive to achieve results
- A willingness to learn and enthusiasm to develop technical insurance industry knowledge
Desirable:
- Experience in strategic account management, client services, business development or a partner facing role
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Successful track record of effectively implementing strategies & plans
- Successful track record of building strong relationships
- Data & analytical skills
- Holds a full UK Driving Licence
- Product management or marketing experience
