Head of Delivery & PMO
Location: Skelmersdale, 2/3 days per week on site

Role Purpose:
As the Head of Delivery/Program Management , you will be responsible for overseeing all IT business transformation projects and ensuring they align with our business objectives. You’ll work closely with technology and business teams, as well as selected third-party vendors, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver IT business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop and implement a project management methodology tailored to our business culture.
- Present and report on project portfolio activity to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including integration and automation.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop a team of project managers, delivery managers and PMO's.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years managing complex program delivery.
- Proven experience in business transformation, particularly with CRM, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and project budgets.
- Project management certifications (Prince2, PMI, Agile Scrum Master) preferred.
