Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and issue quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
· Manage customer interactions, providing exemplary service and addressing inquiries.
· Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
· Procure necessary materials and consumables, and diligently follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
· Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for material traceability.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in using Factory Master or similar MRP/ERP systems.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
