The opportunity:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our entrepreneurial team from our London (hybrid) office.
We've built a reputation in the market for excellence and industry knowledge.
Working as part of our supportive team, you will develop your network of clients, working 360 alongside highly experienced recruiters, delivering consulting hires ranging from £50,000 - £250,000.
What you will be doing:
- Relationship-based sales - You will be an individual contributor and a self-starter, investing in building your desk and reputation, as well as building and maintaining trusted client relationships across the consulting industry. This will involve sales outreach and in-time, account management
- Delivering the very best consulting talent across a client base made up of growing management consultancies
- Collaborate with peers across the business to support business growth
Skills, Experience and Mindset required:
- You will be working in an 360 recruitment role in a recruitment agency today. Recruiting into consulting or professional services would be ideal.
- We are very happy to consider recruiters with a background in technology recruitment or a similar professional area (finance, corporate services etc)
- A track record of sales, opening up new clients and growing existing accounts
- You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and an understanding of the value of developing long-term relationships and you'll enjoy the challenge of working with varied clients and projects
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire others

You will be working alongside an experienced, ambitious, supportive close-knit team of recruiters.
We offer uncapped earning potential and the opportunity for future participation in share option scheme (based on achieving performance benchmarks). No billing thresholds, 6% company pension contribution and 28 days holiday as standard.
