This role
- Primarily to understand the objectives of the business and colleagues
- Create a plan, deliverables and outcomes / ROI for your own and business focus
- Specifically to coach and embed agile and lean working into the teams
- Communications between tech teams and commercial and product teams
- Own the tools and scrum / kanban boards
- Own and drive the CI / continuous improvement roadmap
- Report progress and delivery milestones
Skills we seek -
Agile expertise, lean, kanban and ability to translate that into real actions and processes
Experience and proven ability to drive change and adopt agile methods
Experience in business analysis, product lifecycle, software delivery cycle, delivering against deadlines
Experience managing scrums
Experience managing delivery
This isn't a line management role, so leadership and influencing skills are essential
It's a great role, with huge influence, working directly with the direct of of transformation, you will be able to grow your role and learn lots if willing to get stuck in !!
