Recruitment Account Manager
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in office
Salary: £32,000 plus OTE: up to £12,000
Are you an energetic and persuasive professional with a passion for building client relationships? Join our Recruitment Team as an Account Manager, where you'll drive client activity and fee generation through permanent and contract recruitment (80%) and apprenticeship starts (20%).
About the Role
Supported by our client development, marketing, and apprenticeship resourcing functions, you’ll manage the full recruitment process, from creating new business opportunities to generating high-quality candidates and managing existing client relationships. Your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, and business development calls.

Cross-sell all aspects of the business.
Be a brand champion.
Evaluate and manage performance levels.
Follow all processes and compliance procedures.
Maintain quality data on our CRM.
