The Opportunity
Cochlear has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager (Acoustics) based in our Addlestone offices. In this role, the successful Marketing Manager (Acoustics) will play a key role for the future care and service models within the hearing implant sector. You will drive the strategy, evolution and execution of Cochlear's Referring and Implant Professional customer marketing programme for Acoustics products within the Atlantics region.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding and defining the customer journey, identifying opportunities to build awareness, educate, engage and influence consideration and brand choice in line with marketing objectives
- Work with the Engagement Team to understand the challenges associated with timely and effective referrals, develop insights and the strategy that will enhance Cochlear's ability to engage, influence and support this stage in the patient pathway.
- Work with Marketing Director, Product Managers, Sales, Engagement and Clinical Research teams to understand key products, identify marketing objectives, refine strategy and agree, develop and deliver develop/agree a programme of work to support business objectives.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Work with the Engagement team, key customers and in partnership with professional organisations to develop, validate and implement education, communication and professional development solutions to support sustainable growth in referral capability.
- In conjunction with the Marketing Director, Product Managers and the EMEA and Global teams, build awareness and confidence in implantable hearing technology, develop, adopt and deploy engaging content and campaigns to maintain technical and clinical thought leadership, brand and product leadership across a range of offline and digital channels.
- Ensure detailed briefs are prepared and approved in advance, develop and track campaign progress (resources used, milestones or deliverables achieved) and deliver progress reports and presentations in a timely manner. Define relevant metrics to measure the success of a campaign compared to objectives, adapting as necessary.
- Work with the product and sales managers to identify a programme of professional engagement and supporting events to meet business objectives.
- Support the product managers in communication strategy for product launches
- In conjunction with the Global Marketing team, provide input, insight and feedback to support the development of messaging architecture for new products, facilitating the production of an approved GB-master version of suites of assets for the EMEA region

This role occupies a pivotal position between product management, sales and the wider Local, Regional and Global marketing teams and requires strong, collaborative, trusting and supportive working partnerships.

- Ability to connect and engage with key stakeholders across a crossfunctional team
Desired Skills
- Experience/use of CRM (Salesforce) and automated marketing (Marketo) systems
