We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Administrator to join our team based at our Irlam office. Supporting our busy team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administration support service for the office. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving and handling incoming queries via email and telephone
- Signing in visitors and supplying them with a visitor badge
- Scanning and electronic filing of relevant documents
- Organising incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging catering for meetings
- Arranging couriers
- Keeping stationary stock up to date
- Booking travel
- Purchasing
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Onboarding of all new starters including pre-employment checks
- Creating door access passes for new starters
- Creating and issuing contracts for all workers
- Recording staff absences via the HR system
- Reconciling staff holidays with timesheet bookings
- Maintaining worker records
The suitable candidate for this role will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is essential.
