Exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to develop their networking experience in an innovative technology services provider.
This user-centric technology partner provide end-to-end service solutions packages and bespoke tailored digital solutions to their clients.
In this role you will be troubleshooting, resolving and responding to their clients ticketed service desk enquiries, travelling to client sites around London when needed for onsite network support issues.
The perfect candidate will have previous service desk experience for an MSP, you will be confident with 365, AD, managing licences and have some experience with Networking support such as firewalls and servers.

Role Overview:
*MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVERS LICENSE & VEHICLE
*Based in Amersham 4 days per week,1 day working from home with travel to client sites in London on an adhoc basis
*Supporting VOIP, Office365, Active Directory and firewalls for clients
