We are hiring for several positions within Customer Due Diligence with one of our key financial services clients. The roles are focused on Business Analysts.
The Business Analyst (BA) will support the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) function by analysing, documenting, and improving processes related to customer onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. The role involves collaborating with compliance teams, identifying gaps in current practices, and implementing solutions to enhance regulatory compliance in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and map CDD processes to ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
- Gather and document business requirements for CDD improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions for onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process enhancements.
- Support system enhancements and integrations related to CDD workflows.
- Assist in the creation of CDD reporting and metrics
