ERP Programme Change Manager - Outside IR35 - Hybrid or Remote - Must be UK Based

This is a change role - not a technology project management role.
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in our Global ERP system implementation. This individual will be instrumental in managing the organisational change and communication associated with the ERP rollout.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the changes in business processes, systems, and technology are effectively and smoothly integrated into our operations, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and user training.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimise resistance. Assess the change impact and organizational readiness.
Communication: Handle all program communications, ensuring clear, timely, and effective messaging around the ERP implementation. Tailor communication strategies to different stakeholder groups.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and develop strategies to engage and align them with the ERP implementation goals. Facilitate discussions and feedback sessions to address concerns and expectations.
Training and Support: Coordinate and facilitate end-user training sessions. Develop training materials and guides. Provide support and guidance to users during and after the ERP rollout.
Process Optimisation: Collaborate with the project team to understand business processes and how they will be impacted by the ERP implementation. Suggest improvements for optimal system utilisation.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports to update stakeholders on the progress of the change management activities. Maintain detailed documentation of all change management efforts.
Collaboration with Project Team: Work closely with the ERP implementation team, providing insights into the organisational culture and dynamics that may affect the project's success.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation to assess the effectiveness of the change management strategies. Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Business Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in ERP system implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business processes and people.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and training facilitation.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Desirable
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Model).
- Experience in a global B2B organisation.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
