Job Description:
We are hiring for an eCommerce Channel Manager to manage the topline performance of our D2C sites across the Waldencast Brands portfolio as well as our stores on Amazon. We are looking for someone passionate about eCommerce,obsessed with revenue growth, focused on driving conversion, average order value, and customer lifetime retention. The ideal candidate has previous experience on DTC Shopify+ and is a commercial blackbelt with a creative streak, strategizing, developing and executing new whitespace opportunities for revenue growth, working in close partnership with development agencies, and owning multi-functional internal relationships (such as with CRM managers, performance media and the marketing teams) to deliver full funnel digital optimization for the site.
The Manager will collaborate closely with demand planning and brand teams as well as internal and external partners to identify and execute all business needs and opportunities to manage the successful execution of all aspects of the business. This position will also be responsible for product catalog data management. The manager will play an integral role in inspiring a high-performance culture as well as enabling the Waldencast Brands vision, mission, and values across the company.
This role will report into the President of Waldencast Brands.

Responsibilities:
DTC Site Management:
- An obsession with driving net revenue growth for Waldencast Brands DTC websites
- Core KPIs: Conversion, AOV, LTV
- Owner of visual merchandising of the sites, from product detail pages to developing engaging content to drive SEO, via successful cross-functional collaboration with the marketing team.
- Own the analytical and Shopify + plugin tools that will help you unlock greater insight to build hypothesis to test and generate incremental output on your KPIs.
- Own and manage digital agency partnership for development work (maintenance, new revenue streams...)
- Own lifecycle management and partner with CRM agency. Provide POV on campaigns/flows to enhance consumer experiences
- Own weekly and monthly reporting, insights and analysis to determine business performance.
- Lead price & promotions requirements to hit sell-thru requirements.
- Work closely with the Waldencast Brands Team members to unlock, Customer Insight (through deep segmentation), Marketing Insight, Business Insight which leads to optimisation of your activity.
- Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practice.
- Be a strategic thinker and develop new revenue streams to optimise the website in line with growth KPIs: covering Acquisition / Retention / Community orientated strategies.
- Positively impact and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
Amazon Account Management
- Develop brand plans including strategy, objectives, tactics and scheduling for the brands, that align with and help achieve sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Own and manage on a daily basis, across email and weekly calls the Amazon agency relationship continuously developing and refining our commercial strategy, content optimizations, and performance marketing levers to drive profitable growth, ensuring customer acquisition costs fit within the product margin model.
- Own the merchandising and event calendar on Amazon, working closely with the Seller Manager on future opportunities.
- Report on channel strategy performance against KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to leadership with insights and analysis of the business drivers such as daily run rate, glance view rate, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Monitor Amazon product catalog of 40+ SKUs across portfolio and maintain products' health ensuring ASINS and content is live in the best condition possible.
- Track and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.
- Launch newness throughout the year, managing the agency to ensure excellent execution from initial set up to inventory receival.
- Own the content and creative on Amazon (A+ Content, Brand Store, etc), working with both internal and external teams to translate our brand message to Amazon.
- Build actionable insights from Amazon and other marketplace data analytics to inform strategy.
- Review competitor product listings to identify best practices, new product opportunities, and areas in need of improvements.
- Assist demand planning department with forecasting, and weekly reviews of product demand changes, adjusting procurement schedule as necessary to ensure healthy inventory levels.
- Own product pricing and conduct ROI reviews on major promotions/initiatives.
- Translate performance marketing data into new ideas, consumer insights, and innovation possibilities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or similar field
· 5+ years experience in D2C sales, preferably in beauty/cpg.
· 2+ years experience hands-on experience of Amazon.
- Proficiency in using Shopify, analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis.
- Expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising is a plus.
- Experience with web merchandising, content and creative optimization.
- Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies).
· Effective interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple account needs across multiple brands.
· Skilled with executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy
· Demonstrated decision-making ability and sense of urgency; proactive, ability to deal effectively with the pressure of multiple tasks, deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
· Strong computer skills, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
