Terms: Full Time; Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Job Role: As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's customer base, increase revenue, and enhance market presence; working closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target market segments through cold calling, email campaigns, Linkedin
- Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets, attract new clients, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market trends and competitive positioning.
Sales and Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business.
- Maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions for clients' specific requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to identify and close new business opportunities, with a proven sales record.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
