Lead Service Designer's!! 📣
I have a brilliant 12 month FTC for an established Service Designer
You'll be working on various projects and working closely with clients and supporting the design before it's an idea. You'll be brainstorming, mapping, ideation and translating that into design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define service design objectives and goals.
- Create and iterate on service blueprints, customer journeys, and personas.
- Develop and prototype service concepts and touchpoints.
- Test and validate service prototypes with real users, gathering feedback for improvement.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of service designs.
- Continuously monitor and assess service performance, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in service design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in service design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
