Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Hybrid but at least 3 days in the office
£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Benefits
A great opportunity has opened for a Service Desk Analyst to provide essential technical support to colleagues, with a focus on troubleshooting Windows 10 issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has experience working in IT support.
You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, handling queries related to installations, upgrades, and general software and hardware problems. Remote support will be provided through tools like Landesk and Team Viewer, and you’ll be responsible for managing support tickets via Service NOW. You’ll also assist with tasks such as onboarding and offboarding staff and work closely with other teams to resolve technical challenges.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support within an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Windows 10 troubleshooting, Active Directory, and Service NOW
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly over the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
- IT certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCSA are a plus but not required
