Job: SeniorBusiness Development Manager
Salary: Flexible, uncapped OTE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that has experienced 30% growth YoY for the past 3 years, operating in a red hot sector, and play a major role in its next stage of growth. They've hit their revenue targets for the last 5 years in a row and are now looking for a true hunter to take their BD team to the next level.
My client, currently halfway through a 4 year investment plan, have established themselves as the leading intelligence platform for financial services professionals, and provide a wide-range of products to support this market with truly world class data, analysis and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Hunter mentality
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling a subscription based product to C level executives
- Proven track record of delivering new business subscription sales
- Experience of working with an SDR team that aid pipeline generations
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Proactive and consultative sales approach
- Ambitious with desire to be a driving force in the sales team and company as a whole
Your day-to-day will include:
- Quickly gaining knowledge of products and audience and the key drivers and themes in the market
- Hitting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Building and maintaining a consistently strong pipeline in CRM to support an agreed sales plan
- Co-ordinating closely with the SDR and marketing team to achieve maximum pipeline generation
- Contributing to the overall growth of the business
