Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Entry of timesheet data into company payroll system.
- Setup of new contractors and relevant cost centre coding.
- Prepare and raise payments to employees and employment intermediaries.
- Supplying payment advice to employment intermediaries.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Processing client invoices.
- Maintaining supplier records.
- Resolving queries in relation to timesheets/payments.

- Ensures full compliance with all relevant processes and procedures.

Pre-requisite Experience, Qualifications, Training & Education
- Experience in the same or similar role is required
- Industry experience is ideal but not essential
