Ingenio are delighted to be working with a recently-funded Series A software business, who are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join their team and help with international growth.
Our client specialises in designing patented & cutting-edge solutions for the Customer Experience (CX) and Contact Center Software as a Service (SaaS) space. In this role, you will leverage your experience to create tailored, innovative solutions for prospects & clients, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals. As a senior member of the team, you will also lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of CX and Contact Center SaaS solutions, aligning them with client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, translating these into customized, scalable, and effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CX and Contact Center SaaS to ensure our solutions are at the forefront of innovation.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how to optimize their CX and Contact Center operations through our SaaS offerings.
- Conduct workshops, presentations and demonstrations to articulate the value and capabilities of proposed solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs, creating proposals, and delivering client presentations.
