Housing Management– Associate – Salary up to £70,000 Depending on experience
The Role
This is on opportunity to join an international, award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Law Firm in South-West London as a Housing Management Associate.
The Housing Team is growing and is now in search of an experienced Associate to join its Housing Management Team.
The ideal candidate should be dedicated, well-organised, and committed to delivering top-notch service to clients. This role will involve collaborating with Partners on significant housing management claims, communication with barristers and experts.
The Candidate
- A qualified solicitor NQ-3 PQE with experience in a similar litigated housing management background
- Experience in running a high quality litigation caseload
- Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair is desirable
- Must have excellent level of client care
- Must have a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Must have the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically
- Have proficient IT skills
