Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role offers a competitive base salary with the potential to earn up to £50,000 per annum, depending on your performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Present and promote Educate2Trade’s products and services to prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve your sales skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, ideally within the financial services or education sector.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to work with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
