Responsibilities and Duties
Day to Day duties will include the following:
- Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries in a busy office
- Processing notices on our own systems and inputting data
- Processing quotations and letters
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Providing excellent and friendly customer service.
- General administration and office duties
- Various other general administrative duties
Ideal candidate:
· Experience within a data process role with the ability to process large amounts of information accurately
· Competent and confident using different IT systems
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong administration skills
· A keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
· Able to use your initiative and be flexible, reacting to change quickly and effectively
· Able to work as part of a team
· Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritising workload
