We’re looking for a Director of Client Management who understands the power of creativity. Someone with strong business instincts and the ability to see what clients need, often before they do.
This is a permanent full-time position with flexible working from our Oxford Circus offices.
As a Director of Client Management at Archetype Brands, you will:
Senior client counsel with the C-Suite:
- Act as a senior client advocate and advisor, presenting to and advising C-suite client stakeholders.
Run strategic client accounts:
- Manage accounts generating $1M+ in revenue in partnership with the account-side Associate Director and SVP.
Grow client relationships:
- Steer long-term growth with clients by developing and implementing growth strategies.
Drive business growth:
- Plan, develop, and implement New Business initiatives that align with the broader growth strategy.
Mentor and coach team:
- Develop and lead a tight-knit Client Management team under your direction, with a focus on team growth and development.
Senior Leadership Team:
- Be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping the strategic vision and driving the future direction of the company.
As a Director of Client Management at Archetype Brands, you will bring:
- Proven track record of leading international teams in the creative, brand, and marketing space
- Team-leading experience and proven excellence in leadership
- Extensive experience in B2B, consulting on brand strategy, and overseeing end-to-end creative production.
- Exceptional social and interpersonal skills, with a knack for working with strong personalities.
- Proven track record as a senior client advocate and advisor, with responsibility for client growth.
- Prior experience working with US and global financial institutions is highly desirable.
- Extremely flexible and adaptable to what a situation requires.
- Display the highest levels of patience, self-awareness, work ethic, responsibility, and optimism with a strong sense of purpose that teams gravitate toward.
