Workplace Type: Hybrid (2 days in the office per week)
We are hiring for several positions to support PMO and Planning division to work with one of our key financial services clients. The roles include QA, Change SMEs, Business Analysts, Business Architecture and Project Managers.
About the role:
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project quality, designing solutions, optimising business processes, managing projects, and driving change initiatives within the compliance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA reviews to ensure compliance projects meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Design and implement business processes, frameworks, and compliance solutions.
- Develop business architecture models to align compliance strategies with business goals.
- Gather and document business requirements for compliance-related initiatives.
- Manage compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and resource coordination.
- Lead change management initiatives and provide SME input on compliance process improvements.
- Collaborate with PMO teams to ensure planning and execution align with regulatory demands.
