Salary: £38,000–£40,000 basic plus benefits
Location: Farringdon office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, working from home for the rest of the week.

The role
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of marketing campaigns to build awareness, create demand, and support the sales team by driving MQLs.
- Planning: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to educate, engage, and convert prospects
- Campaign Management: Run a variety of campaigns (online and offline) to create and drive demand
- Content: Create a content strategy to attract customers (freelancers or other team members will handle the copywriting).
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments across sales and marketing to ensure there’s alignment between teams
- Sales Support: Ensure sales have the tools to go to market with
- Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance, focussing on metrics across engagement, leads, conversion rates, etc
What you will need to succeed in this role
- B2B marketing experience - you can be at manager level or stepping up
- Experience or ability to work in a startup or scaleup environment where being a self-starter is key
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive pipeline / deals
- Track record of partnering with sales
- Good communications skills
