We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing Health & Wellness brands that is making a significant impact on both their customers and the industry. Due to continued expansion and growth, they are seeking an exceptional Finance Director to join their senior leadership team. This is a critical new hire, where you will help drive growth, influence strategy, and scale the business to new heights.
About the Role
As Finance Director, you will lead the financial strategy of the business, drive planning, analysis, and reporting. Your leadership will ensure compliance and optimise cash flow to support growth. In this hands-on role, you'll mentor a high-performing finance team and collaborate with the CEO/founder and key stakeholders to shape our future.
What do you need to be considered?
- Extensive experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the food and beverage or health and wellness industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Innovative and with a forward-thinking approach to financial solutions.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve measurable financial results.
- An amazing attitude and collaborative, you need to be super driven, with strong values and ethics.
